When I first met Anand, the CEO and founder of UJET, back in 2015 – he immediately impressed me as a passionate, mission-driven founder who had a vision for how to fix the standard but painful customer service experience that is all too familiar.
Anand and his team promised to “bring joy to customer support” and today they are delivering on that promise. UJET is officially launching with a stellar platform, fantastic early customers, and a slick and robust offering that is one of those “wow!” products that needs to be seen.
