Welcoming Beyond to the Resolute Family

Real estate and property management has been around forever, but no one approach to this property rental industry has arisen as the most efficient in regards to optimizing revenue. Being a $75b industry, it is fair to say that the opportunity cost of lost revenue due to inefficiencies has lost renters more than just pocket change. Ian and David, Co-founders of Beyond Pricing, are looking to change that. They have developed a dynamic pricing tool that mines data from hotels, events, and conferences to come up with a solution that gives renters optimal pricing recommendations.Customers have seen an average increase in revenue of between 35% and 40%. They have a great understanding of the space, and have already proven the benefit of their product, leading to solid early traction. I am excited to see them continue expanding as the newest member of our Resolute portfolio.
